By reducing sulphur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide emissions while burning fossil fuels, installing power plants, which uses technology that does not require burning of fossil fuels, and using natural gas, batteries and fuel cells in automobiles, the formation of acid rain and its ill effects can be eliminated.
